Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkr47 platform, accessible at pkr47.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the pkr47 Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of pkr47 and confirm your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

pkr47 is an English-language online gaming information and platform website primarily targeting adult users in Pakistan. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, table games and instant games, together with associated account management and responsible gambling tools.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr47. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the pkr47 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Platform" means the pkr47 website, mobile site and any associated application through which gaming services are delivered.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses or uses the pkr47 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances may be displayed on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pkr47, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services under any applicable self-exclusion scheme or prior pkr47 self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not have been previously excluded from pkr47 due to a breach of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
• You must register using your own true, accurate and complete personal details. The use of aliases, fictitious identities or another person's details is strictly prohibited.

pkr47 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending resolution.

Account Registration

Each user may hold only one Account on the pkr47 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Notification of any changes must be submitted to the support team promptly.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkr47 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

pkr47 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your pkr47 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. Available methods are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically at the operator's discretion.

All deposit transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified in the cashier section of your account. pkr47 displays balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable; exchange rates used are indicative and subject to variation.

For context, Pakistani users may be familiar with digital payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as traditional banking providers including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these providers here is for contextual familiarity only. pkr47 does not represent that any of these providers support, endorse or are affiliated with pkr47 or any gambling activity. Users must confirm supported payment methods within their account dashboard.

Deposits made to your Account are held for gaming purposes only. pkr47 does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds deposited must not derive from criminal activity, and the use of the Platform for money-laundering purposes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of real-money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to the satisfaction of pkr47's compliance team.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documentation:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or a bank statement header — for contextual verification only).

pkr47 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your KYC file. pkr47 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Centre, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment source used for the original deposit where technically possible. pkr47 reserves the right to charge processing fees where applicable; any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkr47 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotional terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited.
• pkr47 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other user.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pkr47 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

pkr47 covers a broad range of sports markets, with particular depth in cricket — including PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals featuring the Pakistan national team, and bilateral series. Football, UFC and other international sports markets are also available. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

pkr47 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds;
• Limit stake amounts on any market for any user at its sole discretion;
• Suspend or remove any market prior to settlement where circumstances require;
• Withhold settlement pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, cheating or collusion.

Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. It is your responsibility to verify the odds at the exact time your bet is submitted. pkr47 will not be liable for discrepancies arising from network latency or user device issues that result in a bet being placed at odds other than those visible at the moment the user initiated the bet submission.

Responsible Gambling

pkr47 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been gambling for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr47 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are located in a Restricted Territory;
• Engaging in, or facilitating, any form of fraud, cheating, collusion or match-fixing;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering or terrorist financing purpose;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward pkr47 staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code or systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr47 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkr47 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pkr47.

The pkr47 name, logo and associated trade marks are proprietary marks. Their use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr47 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

pkr47's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr47 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network connection are adequate and secure.

Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the pkr47 support team via Live Chat or email. Upon receiving a valid closure request, pkr47 will process any eligible real-money balance subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus funds not subject to a withdrawal-eligible balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.

pkr47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money-laundering or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a relevant authority;
• Commercial decision to cease offering services in a particular market.

Where an Account is closed by pkr47 due to a breach of these Terms, pkr47 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to user fault, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the user via the original deposit method.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of pkr47 is licensed and incorporated, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation.

pkr47 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor that its services are subject to regulation by any Pakistani authority. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Amendments to These Terms

pkr47 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pkr47 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
